EU moves towards approving first Indian shipyards

The European Commission has proposed to add two Indian shipyards to its list of approved ship repair enterprises, which could end a decade-long exclusion of South Asian yards from the European regime. This will be the first time that processing facilities in India are included in the European list of ship repair enterprises.
