Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement acquires 50% of Norwegian OffshoreCrew

Germany’s Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement has agreed to acquire a 50% stake in Norwegian company OffshoreCrew, based in Kristiansand. The deal will expand the ship manager’s access to specialised personnel for the offshore industry.

OffshoreCrew specialises in recruitment, agency services and crew management. The company also has its own database of approximately 30,000 offshore industry professionals.

OffshoreCrew recruits personnel for offshore vessels and projects, including dynamic positioning system operators and crane operators.
