Our Company activities are mainly focused on crew management of tanker ships. We recruit marine specialists (officers and ratings) to work on oil and chemical tankers belonging to different shipping companies. Introducing seafarers of Georgia (ex-Soviet republic) to the International maritime labor market in a proper way and contributing to familiarization with and implementation of western standards of ship upkeeping and maintenance among local marine specialists. Being financially independent company we are not restricted to just providing crew manning services to the A-Crew's managed vessels. Our marketing policy is to expand third party crewing business since the pool of qualified and experienced seafarers from Georgia is a relatively untapped source of skilled mariners. Besides recruiting marine personnel our company solves all questions connected with visa and travel support of Georgian seafarers.
